I did a search, but nothing for the H2D.
I loaded my AMS and also added a spool to the External before heading to work.
I remoted in and was going to start an 8 hour print, but the printer got ‘stuck’ on "Please push external filament into device … " error. So the nozzle is sitting at 250C. I was able to “reset” external spool to empty, but the printer won’t get past the error, and I can’t locate a “reset printer” or “restart printer” to see if it will clear and allow me to move on and print something else without the external spool.
Am I missing something, or will I need to wait 7 hours until I get home and hope the nozzle doesn’t have a melt-down?

Or use a smart plug via your phone to power on / off (check with support)
Thanks … I was just going to say, there isn’t anything in the CP to reset the printer itself or tell it to “stop looking for the filament.” LOL
I’ll just have to wait 'til I get home. I do see that the nozzle finally timed out as it waits for my input. That’s why I was hoping to just tell the printer to reset. Maybe since we are 'pose to get a heat wave today, my local power company will reset the house for me like they tend to do when they rebalance the load.
I use Smart Plugs for all of my printers, I use them for everything. Additionally, all my lights have Smart Bulbs.
For me it is assistive technology.
Everything is voice-controlled, the app control for me is less important.
Being able to turn a printer on and then choose something to print, all from my bed which I live in without ever going near the printer in question is both excellent and hugely beneficial.
It has the side-effect of meaning I can restart a printer, turn it on or off.
I use the Alexa service as it has the most compatible set of equipment available at ridiculously low prices.
With around 100 smart devices, they would need to be.

Thanks … yeah … I was just hoping I could reset it now … as I was in a hurry when I left and should have waited for the filament to load. That is the only gripe I have with my H2D-L and my new H2D – loading the external filament until you feel the spring load stop, doesn’t always allow the machine to grab it. I hit LOAD from the front menu before I walked out the door but didn’t have time to wait for the nozzle to heat up.
I wish I had powered on the H2D-L, at least I could still print something I needed for this evening.
You need an Android assistant. Something with articulable hands.
Nothing from Tesla though, you may come home to find someone set it on fire, or it did it itself out of shame.
