Remove the latest UI to the previous release

How can I remove all the new UI’s and return to the last release that I liked? I am fighting through the Filament update and several other things I dislike about the latest release. I have 3 printers I have to flip between and 2 is on one profile (work) and 1 is on another profile (personal).

I have completely uninstalled and removed my profile, rebooted, and installed the previous version, but the UI is still the same as the latest version, and the help\about lists the previous version 2.0.1.50.

Try looking here. This is the last release before they changed the GUI

I will give it a try, but the UI never changed to the extent it’s at currently until the recent update. I have a colleague here with the same version I have installed, and his UI is not like the latest.
