Removing the INTERNAL Back Cover of a P1S

I was upgrading from Steel to Hardened Steel nozzle / extruder.
Was finishing re-assembly, when I accidentally dropped a screw from the nozzle into the printer, that somehow bounced back behind the pannels that are to either side of the rear Z-Lead Screw.

Before I knew, I tried tilting the printer slightly just to check cause I couldnt see it. And I could hear it roll for about a split second before ending up caught on something.
So I thought instead of performing a brick-in-washingmachine maneuver I’d remove the internal pannels first… but how?

Or would the outter rear panel give me access also?

I ended up opening the Outer Back of the printer instead since I found no way to open / remove the inner pannels- it also grants access to the exact same area and is probably the easier method to work with anyways.
