Repeat first layer multiple times before moving to layer 2

It would be useful to be able to add a modifier which would allow you to repeat the first layer a certain number of times.

This would be particularly useful with a thin item (Hueforges would be a good example, but there’s others like coasters) where you could print e.g. layer 1 x 10 times to give it a thicker base without having to tinker with the file or adjust anything else.

For coasters and such, just increasing bottom shell thickness or layers should work.
