Purchased an A1 printer with the AMS back in January. After 9 months of going back and forth with Bambu Labs I still can not make a print. I have spent 20 hours working on this stupid machine and no change. Bambu labs is having me do the same trouble shooting over and over. Is it possible to talk to a live technician? Obviously their current system is not working. I can’t begin to tell you how angry I am at Bambu labs tech service. 0 Prints after 9 months…send me a replacement machine already. I’ll gladly send this one back.
