Replace extruder H2D

I Starting to replace the extruder in my H2D with new one from Bambu and I followed their video for replacing.

I reached 3:54 in video but I can’t get the extruder out, I have removed all the screws but it is still stuck at the bottom. Any suggestions on how I can get old extruder out? I have filed ticket with Bambu but thought maybe someone that had done this would be able to tell what else to do.

From what it looks like, you might have the bottom screws not all the way out from video 3:42.

thanks for replying but as far as I can tell I have removed all the screws. here’s what it looks like
