Does anyone know where to get the 2 door screws from on the X1C I’ve bought the package of screws from Bambu Lab but they aren’t included in the package
I’m assuming you mean the two hinge screws not the door handle.
This screw is a custom screw. If Bambu can’t help you then I highly doubt you would find that exact screw on the open market. But you could easily find the same threaded screw and change all four of them to make it look uniform.
But in case you want to search, the specs are as follows:
- M5x0.5 thread
- 10mm Pan head
- 2.5mm Socket
- 3mm length
I struck out on most of the usual suspects, Grainger, Fastenal, MSCDirect and Amazon did not have it.

What I might suggest is go on Amazon and purchase a metric screw kit set with a socket cap. Then design a small shield as a spacer between the glass and the socket cap. This will make it look purpose-built and aesthetically pleasing.

The door handle screws are M2.0 non-standard-thread screws. They are 6mm shoulder screws with 3mm of thread. If you thought the hinge screws were rare, these not only don’t follow any industry thread standard, but shoulder screws, in general, are not exactly common.
However, the solution is much simpler. Simply go online and purchase a kit of 2mm self-tapping screws. Since the handle is made of plastic, they will cut their own threads into the plastic handle. Also, although the current screws are black, since the screw head will be inside the door, who cares what it looks like? You might even be able to find these at a local hardware store.
