I need to replace the black rubber feed-through thingy that goes through the upper back of the unit and mates with the clear PTFE tubing supplying the filament.
I didn’t see it in the Bambu store. Thoughts?
I’d first approach BL to ask them if they have and offer spares. They are, after all, the manufacturers and should have such parts on stock. If they don’t provide these parts themselves, I’d then ask them where I could order them from. If still ‘no joy’, I’d go to Aliexpress to look for aftermarket parts, while still asking for info on forums (like this one) and other dedicated social media platforms.
I’m not sure what to call the part or it’s part number? I haven’t researched too much yet. I assume there is a parts list somewhere.
Take a couple of photos of it in the most descriptive positions and submit it together with your request. Same thing for the help request on forums.
The rubber grommet that Bambu provides is a bad solution and there are much better ones on Printables. After having numerous issues with it, I abandoned it altogether and went with a PETG printed item although PLA would work if you don’t operate your printer at higher temps.
I posted a long tutorial on this.
Here’s a printable replacement. Just know that you will want to print this in two sections as outlined in my tutorial so that it will print well. Then hard screw it into the back of the panel and use a PTFE tube as a feedthrough. It will be the last time you have to service that part again. I’ve been using mine now for almost 10 months without issue.

Thank you! I’ll give it a shot!
