I bought a used P1P and after some prints I noticed some Z banding, after some troubleshooting I ended up removing a Z lead screw that was wobbling during the bed up/down movement. Checking it on a flat surface it appears to be bent. The problem is that I cannot find anything about replacing it, there is 0 info online nor on the bambu store. Where one should buy a replacement Z lead screw?
As projects go, that one is a new one and definitely falls into Ninja DIY skills. But it sounds like you’ve got the skills to pull it off based on how far you’ve gotten.
Sadly, I am unaware of anything that advanced for the P1 and I must say that over the last year and a half of owning a P1, that was one of the things I looked into just in case.
Here’s the closest “technical data” that I found that at least addresses the removal of the lead screw.
I would still send a ticket into support to request specifications of their lead screw. There is someone on this forum who posted the specs on the leads screw for the X1 and P1 but I can’t find it right now but you’ll likely find it here in this forum if you have the patience and endurance to search through all the posts.
Months back I did bookmark a search term for this subject just in case I ever needed it. I came up with nothing at the time but Ali express will often send notifications based on the searches, which is why I left a representative leads screw in a cart for an account that I only use for searching. Here’s that search term.
BTW: The technical term in mechanical maintenance parlance for search purposes is “Ball Screw”. You’ll get better search results with that term.

Here’s a similar search for Amazon

If you aren’t already familiar, professional machine maintenance mechanics use Grainger and McMaster Carr for their precision components.
Here are some more generic searches once you find out the specs or measure the screws yourself, they have an entire section for lead screws.

Good luck and please let us know how you make out with Bambulab support. It would be nice if they support this effort but let’s be candid, at the moment, they are more interested in selling new machines, not helping customers fix used ones.
Thanks for the all the informations. I contacted the support and after some videos and photos of the situation and a careful explanation of what was wrong, they said that they asked the China factory that produces the part to send me a new one, for free. They are a little slow to respond, 1msg per day, but they are very helpful! I’ll have to wait, they said they cannot give me an estimation of the time needed, but my P1P will be as new after that repair. Great company.
