Doesn’t appear to be on the spare parts section of the accessories website. Bambu shipped me a new AMS board however no cabling. One of the connectors from the old board was so stuck that it couldn’t be removed and the wiring pulled out of the connector…
So, I need a new cable that goes from the main AMS board tdo the feeder motor and feeder itself. Anyone know where to find this cable? I see a cable pack, but it doesn’t look like it contains the right stuff. Would have been nice if they included the needed cabling with the replacement board. :
Most people would not have experienced this. You need to help people help you.
You should provide a photo of the parts and the wires so people can see what you are referencing.
Someone might be able to help if they could see what it is as they may not know their knowledge of something else translates.
Are you able to include a picture of the cable you need?

I sent a pic to Bambu in my support ticket however didn’t on the post. That’s my fault.
There’s only one cable the goes from the feeder motor to the board and it’s not one of those in the Cable Pack as far as I can tell however I might be wrong. That’s essentially what i was trying to verify.
I don’t believe this pack comes with the cable to connect the main AMS board to the feeders. That cable has a 6 pin connecting ot the board and a split 6 pin connector - 4pin to the feeder board and 2 pins going to the actual motor. I didn’t see anything like that on the website so was hoping folks could provide some clarification if this cable set has that or not…
Was a little surprised they didn’t include required cabling in the replacment board box however if the current cables are working, I guess I wouldn’t either. But…if something is off with the AMS and you’ve replaced both boards, I’d assume cabling replacement would also be a given.
Seems the cable you are looking for is included with the AMS first stage feeder. It’s a 7 pin cable that splits to 2 to power the motor and 5 to the feeder board. This probably why it isn’t included in the kit.

@Barryg41 I know that you have a bunch of spare parts on hand. Do you have the AMS first Stage Feeder replacement? Does it include the cable?

That’s what I was wondering as well. If the replacement feeder has the cable included, I’ll just buy that but the wasn’t clear if the cable was included.
You can also purchase the board separate but also not clear if it came with the cable.
Yes it comes with cable attached to the first stage feeder. At least the two i ordered has the cable attached.

Now im going to harvest the old cable. And other parts of one that just broke three days ago. I think the sensor went bad.
I may even try to get the part number off the old pcb and see if i can buy one to change out.

It doesn’t come with just the AMS Feeding Unit SA001-F2H (by itself). I am currently trying to track this wiring harness down myself. I assume it might come with the AMS Feeder Unit (Hall), but not entirely sure.
