Hello,
Is it possible to extend the Analytics page to include the number of sales made through a 3D model?
Thank you.
Hello,

I don’t understand this question. Can you configure to sell through MakerWorld?
It already shows Prints and Downloads broken down by model or print profile. I don’t know how to break it down any further unless there is another feature you can configure that I don’t know about. (And if that feature exists, I want to learn about it.)
[Edit]
Looked up MakerSupply on the forums. This looks interesting but limited to just a few.
I believe Iposset is requesting to know how many times an item has been sold using the link in the BOM list of their model.
Shouldn’t it correspond directly to the number of prints?
I guess not… You could have reprints (resulting in more than sales) and downloads reprinted (resulting in less than sales).
Sounds like this would be a helpful statistic for those in the program, if you are asking how many kits actually sold.
Not necessarily as one can print and souce the parts elsewhere or parts could be ordered via the model link but the model could be printed offline.
Exactly, that’s what I meant.
No analytics result is one hundred percent accurate. But when you use the BOM function, you want to see if the effort is worth it.
Hi lposset,
Thanks for your great suggestion. Our developers are working to incorporate this new system which will allow designers to see the number of sales made from their BOM-included models. This might take some time so we kindly ask for your patience.
As of right now, once you’ve reached and achieved both stages of our points rewards, you will be able to join our Creator Program that allows you to track BOM sales from a third-party website.
