RESOLVED: Printing issues on some areas of the bed

Hi, As I get more confident with my Bambu Printer I have started to run prints that require me to use more area of bed other than just the center. I am finding that even after bed leveling, some areas of the bed are not printable.

Can anyone advise what might be wrong here and how to correct it?

Welcome to the forum.

Have you tried washing your bed with dish soap and hot water? Oils on the bed from fingerprints are the most common cause of adhesion issues.

Bambu has a great wiki article on this.

I will give that a try, but does this look like an adhesion issue?

Yes, it is a very common post by new people to this forum.

After washing it, make sure to not touch the parts of the plate you print on, or the oil from your fingers will get on the plate and cause problems.

After I wash it, if I happen to get a fingerprint on it, I wipe it off with a little IPA and paper towel or lint free paper.

I Just washed the plate in warm soapy water, and have been careful not to touch it with my fingers. Just starting a new print, will let you know how it goes.

Also make sure there’s no stray pieces of filament (poop) between the plate and bed. The stuff tends to migrate everywhere.
