Restarting Prints and Bed Leveling

I had a print fail, due to the plate being fairly oily from my touch… I thought to ignore it, and then stopped the print, and washed with Dawn dishsoap (my go to for cleaning the textured plate).

So, the gcode is still in downloaded and unzipped and waiting… how do I bed level from the machine or the app, before I restart the already downloaded print again?

When I restart a print now using that downloaded code, it just tries to print without testing the bed height, and typically the head is a 1/2 mm or so above the plate, causing automatic stringing.

Is there a way to manually bed level without having to download and unzip again?

Okay, well, my machine was just not leveling for a few tries in a row. I turned it off and on, calibrated. Still off, did it again, and it fixed. I have no idea what happened, but it is all good now. And I figured out how to restart a print once it was downloaded. So, learning happened!
