Retract problem, all slots AMS 2

I have a problem with AMS 2 Pro. Unit feeds filament to extruder and retracts it correctly, but does not reverse spools to rewind filament on ANY slot.
Internal hub and main board replaced, new internal hub motor, new Active Support rollers, new cables (4 and 6 pin).

I have new flat cable pack and power board/bulkhead on order. Once received/replaced, I dont think there will be anything left to try??
Bambu Lab has stopped replying, even though unit is still under warranty (purchase April 2025).

Any suggestions appreciated……would love to go back to AMS.

Did you replace most of these at the same time or one by one?

One by one. Then tried entire AMS 2 on second printer - same results.

I’m still waiting on flat cables & Power board….but that is last link in communications path so far as I can tell.

Completely mystified why BL has stopped replying to updates. They sent new internal hub & motor…..then nothing since automated message Jan 2.
