Return address Europe

Hi there,

I bought my A1 Combo directly from Bambulabs Europe. It was shipped from a warehouse in Germany. To return my A1 do I send it to the original shipping address (just a warehouse) or do I need to send it to a different address. Since Bambulab hasn’t answered to my 2 support tickets, it has been over a week now, I hope someone here knows the address.

I worked in logistics and we also delivered office supplies. If something was faulty, it came back to our warehouse, where the return was then processed. However, this was the warehouse management for a large company that handled the sales in its branches. If the end customer has a problem with the goods, he naturally returns them to the shop where he bought them. The shop in turn returns it to the warehouse.

Since you skipped the sale by shop by receiving goods directly from a warehouse, you should actually be able to return them to this warehouse. You would just have to get a receipt that it has arrived there. In my opinion, it has been received by the manufacturer of the goods if it has arrived at their warehouse.

But I’m not a lawyer.

You should not open multiple support tickets because than it takes even longer to get a answer, if everyone does this.
Did you register your print for refund already (the official way Bambu Lab wrote about in their blog)?
You should now be patient and wait for an answer because your are not the only one and there are may as there are probably hundreds or even thousands who want to return there A1 printer(s)!
