I’d assume you’d get that from a support ticket.
Nick is correct, I’ve processed returns for our two X1CC & we were given shipping labels for them with the return warehouse address.
I assume this is because they don’t have any/many? Physical HQ in the US/many other countries. They handle inventory/shipping via warehouses scattered across the globe, likely to save consumers from paying customs fees ect.

I have put a ticket in on 12/6/24 and have yet to receive an RMA# .any reason why? I have a brand new PS! still in an unopened box wanting to return
Any luck with your return? I was told they’d give me a return label, but it has been radio silence since then. It’s been about two weeks.
