Return the A1 but what about purchased accessories

How long wil it take to get a reaction on the refund option

I too am wondering how long. I made an error in filling out the registration and my country code says NA (thou shalt not fill out forms when tired)

Mine says NA as well. Maybe I missed something too.

I purchased the unit for my small business. Sadly I purchased the ams unit separately do to a mistake on my purchase. But both the printer and my ams are now useless. Along with hardened nozzles.
Can’t get any information outside of the canned response.
Just want to return and upgrade to p1s but nothing. Filled out tickets still nothing. Killing my business.

I was hoping to find an answer on here before make a descion on what option to go with. I have a 2mm nozel that is useless if I upgrade to P1s. I really am loving the AMS so I would hate to just get another single filament printer.

I contacted a reseller and they agreed to just take the printer back even though I purchased direct. So I bought the P1 and received the discount from the reseller.

Im keeping my A1 and AMS and im still using it, theres zero issue with the ones that haven’t had the cable damaged due to build error on the users part or damage in transit. ive put the cable protector on it and its fine. On my ticket i stated i wanted the new revised bed when its available in march.

good info, thanks. I am going to reach out and see of they will exchange my purchased nozzles as I returned a1 to micorcenter.

Hello, looks like the heatbed problem could be solved with a little attachment. Now I want to know, how I can use the 120 dollar refund money. The callback history says, my case is still in progress. Are there any information about the refund situation available. Best regards Kurt

What do you mean with ā€œcould be solved with a little attachment.ā€?
There is a recall running from Bambu Lab because the issue can not be solved by a ā€œlittle attachmentā€.
Since the recall will costs Bambu Lab really a lot of money, why do you thing they do the recall if it ā€œcould be solved with a little attachment.ā€?

In my bamblelab app there are information about this case. It describe how to print a little attachment for the entrance ot the cable for the heat bed. Maybe you look up this issue of the in the app. I was posted yesterday.

it was a temporary fix in which eventually they found it not to work, since then they reccomended a1 user halt all use until the heatbeds can be replaced some still printing i did very minimal and have been using my p1p instead just to be safe

right, it was only a temp fix which turned out not be working as expected and because of this, the recall started!
@kurtbeck go to https://blog.bambulab.com/ and there you have the latest official statement! The latest Update is from 04.02.2024 and it is related to the recall. You can find it A1 Recall Update

so, I shipped my A1 back and it’s been stuck in one location for a full week. Does anyone know if the shipment insured? I’m starting to get nervous that it’s been lost.
