Bambu lab A1 3D printer is a defective printer that they will send to anyway and then tell you not to use it. The request for help falls on deaf ears. All they do is stall you about service, return and refund. This is a horrible company to deal with.
Regarding the A1 Recall: A1 Recall Update
You’re more than welcome to do Option 1 which is to Return For Refund. But you need to understand that you’re not the only person with the A1, so you will be stuck in a queue until the next Rep. gets to your ticket.
If you purchased the A1 from a store, like MicroCenter, they will handle the recall for you (AFAIK).
Because it sure makes sense to knowingly ship something potentially defective and then do a voluntary recall. Sure thing boss.
