Bambu has not released spare harden steel standard hot ends for the vortex system yet. People keep saying you can print 7 colours but that’s not true yet. The H2C comes with 7 hot ends but 2 of them cannot be used in conjunction with the other 5, 0.4 nozzles due to them being different sizes (0.2 & 0.6). They do have high flow nozzles for sale but then I’d have to buy the full set (7) of High flow nozzles which are $111.00 au each.
They are releasing sets soon but they are a combination of different sizes in the set. I only want some 0.4 standard nozzles. I also watched a video about maintenance on these hot ends, replacing the rubber sock on the end of the hot end and the thermal rap around the shaft of the hot end but they do not sell them. I damaged the rap when I used a pair of pointy nose plyers to pick it up after it fell off and my wife tour of the sock when she tried to clear a clog from the hot end.
Also, you can mix high-flow and regular nozzles (of the same size) in a single print. Just set the nozzle type to “hybrid” in the slicer settings (it may default to that anyway if one has mixed flow nozzles installed).
Socks are out of stuck currently, but are sold:

Not that I’d usually recommend this, but if you’re desperate, there are probably aftermarket ones on Amazon. Also keep in mind you could temporarily pull a sock off a nozzle you’re not using. And I’m not sure, but I think the H2C came with some spare socks.

Your whole argument seems to be premised on a few fundamental misunderstandings. It’s generally best to test your assumptions before building a big argument with them.
Oh, and if you want to stick with the “out of the box it can’t do seven colors” argument, the Ultimate H2C bundle comes with two extra 0.4 standard flow vortek nozzles, for a total of six. When you add the one on the left, that makes seven.
The printer comes with spare lower silicone rings, you can contact support for the sleeve, alternatively I’ve seen them for sale from third party vendors. The wiki says not to touch them for this exact reason, it’s best to try to avoid that in the future.
