Right Nozzle prints in front of the Left Nozzle- Constant Offset Issue

I have an issue where my right nozzle is printing in front of my left nozzle. Tried the High Presicion nozzle offset calibration multiple times but no fix. Tried multiple filaments. Tried swapping the nozzles left to right. Nothing fixes it

Its of by as much as 0.6mm so this is not a subtle shift but a constant right is in front of left. You can see it in the prints as well as the print from the calibration.

That sounds like a serious deviation. If they are physically off that much, it might be too much for calibration also.

You might want to try a factory reset and restart all your calculations.

If that doesn’t work I would suggest opening up a ticket for it.

A bent nozzle has been ruled out.

It’s strange that the calibration isn’t showing an error.

Check the right heater screws to make sure they are properly tightened and securely fastened, and the heater is mounting correctly.

Right heater

I’d start with a factory reset as well and then go from there.

Trying the factory reset and recal

So the reset, full printing calibaration has improved this dramatically. not perfect but not anywhere near the 0.6mm i had measured before. Thanks for the input folks

That’s good! Hmmm… I wonder if the vision encoder plate would help dial it in even more?

I doubt that. The vision encoder uses the tool head camera to measure the location of the tool head itself relative to the vision encoder plate.

The nozzle calibration also uses the tool head camera, but now to identify the misalignment between the two printed colors.

@ElCapitan Cleaning the camera might improve the result though.
Calibration works best with black and white filament.
