I ordered my P1S /w AMS unit a while back. When the printer arrived it was damaged within the packaging, so I followed the instructions from support to return for a replacement. I have done this, the damaged shipment was returned, and am now awaiting a replacement. I started this process in May. Thus far, a shipment label for the replacement unit has been created, but there has been no updates. A 2nd shipment label was created, communicated, then immediatly cancelled. I’ve communicated several times via my open support ticket with no response as to what is going on. No updates, no movement, just silence. It’s now 6/19, and I still don’t have a printer and am stuck in limbo here with no communication about what is going on with the shipment.
I am hoping a moderator or someone will see this, and can hopefully look into and expedite this issue, or at least inform me what the long delay is, because I am receiving no communication on the details from customer support about my inquires. Been almost a month, I’ve spend all this money, and have no printer.
