This is new as of tonight, I kept getting overload warnings and after multiple restarts, I found the filament spool would get stuck and not turn in the AMS. I checked the other spools and they would not turn as well. After manually turning each spool to get them to roll again it seems to be printing fine now. Anyone else have this issue?

Thanks for the suggestion, I just fount the maintenance guide as well. It doesn’t say anything about oil but I have over 400 hours on it and it probably needs a good vacuuming and inspection. May have some filament particles stuck somewhere.
Yeah I dont think it is normal, but seems easy to oil. Maybe you can see the axis without disassembly?
The issue is not actually the rollers, as it seems. The issue is gear movement in the mechanism. There is a gear that moves to change the rollor direction when the motor spins backwards to pull the filament back into the AMS 2. Then when the motor moves forward the gear is supposed to fall back in place, and it sometimes does not. Seems to me it’s a design issue.
