The guidance in the middle for the rolls seems broken of, which is causing the rolls press against the plastic and get stick. I have tried to make s photo and video of the problem. Is there a fix apart from buying a new AMS?

Is that one of the early AMS units? I did read that the early ones had a problem where that piece broke off and the fix was a printed piece to go over it. Otherwise, I’d print the Hydra mod trays instead.
