Rough prints on X1 Carbon - Troubleshooting help needed

My X1 Carbon was working fine and now suddenly I’m getting really rough prints. See images below. I tried the following:

  1. Replaced the print nozzle. This made no improvement.
  2. Cleaned the carbon rails and greased the leadscrews (per Bambu video). This made no improvement.
  3. Ran the calibration routine. This made no improvement.
  4. Changed the filament, and changed to a new position in the AMS. This made no improvement.
  5. Ran the self-test, no errors reported.
  6. Filed a customer service ticket with Bambu. No response.

I looked through the Bambu troubleshooting guides and forum. Not sure what to try next. I’ve been using the same filament as always and a PEI sheet (which has excellent adhesion), so not a first layer problem – although now it can’t even complete it’s own flow calibration. Even a clue as what else to try would be useful. Any help appreciated.

Calibrations are best performed on the smooth sheets. The textured bed can cause issues with the readings. Record the calibration results and don’t the automated checks when starting a print.

That actually fixed the problem. I used the smooth Bambu Cool Plate and allowed it to perform the ‘Flow calibration’ before the print and everything seems fine now. Thanks Zemlin for taking the time to respond to my post.
