Rough result on overhangs with support (H2D)

Hi!
I have the new H2D and the print quality is very good, except on parts with overhang that needs support. The underside is so rough. Even my old Prusa MK3 prints overhangs with sup way better than this.

Ive tried different types of support, distances, surfaces, walls, seams, angles, speed, line width and this is the best result i came up with. Printed with 0.1mm layer height with Bambu Lab Matte PLA:

Here you can see the part, it’s also oriented like that on the build plate + sup and brim:

Screenshot from the latest support settings ive tried in Bambu Studio:

Do you guys have any tips? The rest of the print quality is awesome! Just cant get supports working like I did with the prusa machine and PrusaSlicer.

On instagram I see people getting perfect underside on 90degree overhangs with supports on their 3D prints:

And he is using default tree support settings…

What am i doing wrong here

The bottom surface in that video looks just like yours. The surface you’re getting is actually pretty good considering you’re not using a support interface material.

If you want it better, that’s what you’re going to have to do. Use a support material and close the Z gap to 0.

These looks just the same? his result looks way better to me.

Your picture, and your first hand visual of your part, is much clearer than the instagram video. If you were to see it in person, it would look the same. Nobody is getting perfect bottom surfaces on 90° overhangs without the use of an interface support material.

True the image resolution might be tricking me some. I will try to get my hands on some interface support material. Anyone had good result with the one below?

Or is the PVA support material better?
