It turned out very nicely except that the sword tip is kind of lethal. Before I give it to my 9 yr old grandson i’d like to blunt the end. I would be satisfied with just chopping off the end with the cut tool but that leaves it open. I tried splitting the last few cm off and scaling down to 20% Z but that’s still pretty pointy. Any other suggestions?
Ok. I cut it with the cutting tool and used the close holes special slicing - it’s not round but it’s not pointy.
Another option would be to add a primitive cylinder on the end to make it round.
