Run out sensor magnet fail

A tiny magnetic piece came off the arm in the run out sensor area. I looked in the store for a replacement part I could not locate the proper part. Can anyone point me in the right direction to locate a replacement part? I started to fill out a trouble ticket but they want pictures, logs, date of birth, and your underwear size, (just kidding) before you can submit a ticket.

I bought a spare last month.

I happened to watch this video last week…otherwise I might not have been able to tell where that part was from your pic.

Thanks for the link. It really shows my problem. I did find the filament hub in the store but if you look closely it does not include the lower section where the sensor arm is located. After watching the video I just might try to disassemble it down to the same level and see if I can glue the magnet back on.

Your right, he never separated the parts.
It looks like Bambu doesn’t sell that part…yet…it comes with the Extruder Unit.

EDIT: Bambu sells the bottom half now.

After watching the 3DPN video and seeing how the arm with the magnet could be removed I decided I had nothing to lose. I took the arm out and was able to get the magnet back in the proper location. Once I got it back together, and before the victory dance, I took a section of filament and pushed it in and out of the hub. The little indicator on the control panel went on and off just like in the video. Time for an adult beverage celebration.

Omg this helped so much I really appreciate that the video was so simple.

Mine broke off too, apparently just superglued onto the arm.
I re-glued mine, only to discover that it is polarity sensitive. Yep, 50/50 chance and I got it wrong. Pulled it off, turned it around and glued it back - works perfectly now.
