It would be easier to provide logs for support if you could export the logs and save them from the Bambu slicer, taking the SD card out of the equation. I you can save the Timelapse’s, why not the exported log file.
You can submit logs via the Handy app without using the SD Card. In Handy you can specify a time range too.
Not good enough.I started a support ticket on my PC. The requirement to submit the ticket includes a need for log files. It’s a serious limitation that you require us to use an SD card, when a USB flash drive is more common. Also, the handy app is limited. Even though I can export the log files to the SD card and I can see timelapses on my SD card thought the app, I cannot download the log files through the Handy app. I have to start the ticket over to use the Handy app log feature.
Not even a full year, and this device has randomly become a brick. You then inhibit our ability to report by requiring log files even if they don’t or can’t apply and make it absurdly difficult to get them. For that, my next device will not be a Bambu.
