I am certainly not new to 3D printing but I am pretty new to Bambu and let me say how impressed I am with the 3 printers I have they are tremendous upgrade. Inenviably the fist clog happened and it was a particularily horrible one - the clog on the top of the hotend and had ground itself around the extruder. Pretyy straight forward to sort out once I had unjammed everything the extruder did not want come apart. Once fixed thats when the problems started I was getting all sorts of messages. Eventually I solved the problems by discovering that I was not inserting the 3 plugs correctly - they would fit but not in the right place. I did take a picture of the assembly before I took it apart and it was only when I looked at the picture I could see that the plugs were inserted incorrectly. It was good fortune that I did this because I would still be fiddling with now had I not done this. I also forgot I had taken a picture. So before you take it apart take a photo so you can put it back togtther.
Yes I do that with anything I work on better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it.
I am now having a battle with support as they had to send a replacment AP board as it was damaged on arrival. The replacment came quickly butting them to authorise it ie: give a serial number is still ongoing support tickets might as well be posted in my dustbin. Its been over 9 days and I still cannot use the printer.
