I am using latest Studio version. I printed the famous poopy shoe in 2 colours via AMS in 100% on XC1. This works out very well.
By scaling down the object in Bambu Studio to 20 % and trying to slice again, the 2nd fillament will showed empty / transparent. By printing it, the 2nd Fillament from AMS is not used and the 2nd colour is empty.
I was able to reproduce it. Trying to manually fill the transparent 2nd fillament by using the colour paint and fill function lets it fill but slicing again is showing it empty.
