The P1S is a great printer, but when I use the scarf seam I get little chips in random locations on the outer walls.
The filament I am using is PLA Matte and I chose the preset setting of 0.12mm High Quality.
I thought it might be caused by moisture in the filament, so I tried using a space pie dryer, but even if I dry it under the conditions recommended by Bambu (50°C, 8h+), there is no improvement.

Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

Hi there,
I’ve had the same problem, and have been playing around with settings for weeks trying to fix that. Ultimately one of the only things I’ve found that makes a difference is slowing the exterior wall speed to something like 1/5 of the recommended setting (40 mm/s). But it still isn’t perfect, so I’ve gone away from scarf seams.
I have used Normal Seam which also produces this phenomenon, I am also using bambu PLA Matte which I have also dried and it is still not resolved!
One thing that has consistently worked for me is slowing down the exterior wall print speed, and that shouldn’t affect your print time too much.
