I just got my Bambu X1 Carbon combo and it’s all connected, but the screen just turns on and off every five seconds or so. It seems I may have connected it badly. How can I remove it to reconnect it? I’ve tried moving it right, but it’s stuck. The printer is brand new.

@RoyK may be this helps ? Replacing the LCD High Resolution Screen | Bambu Lab Wiki
I gave the screen a wee tap with a hammer and it slided off, I reconnected the cable and it works. Best printer I’ve owned so far
Just remember. The AI part of the printer does remember these things and will strike back… one day.

I just got the x1 carbon and I’ve been having the same issue. I tried plugging and unplugging but the issue persisted so I replaced the cable entirely and it’s still happening. Any further advice? How do I know if the plug is fully installed?
