Recently I have started using my AMS for printing figures. The problem is that some parts of the figures look awful with only four colors. For most prints the eyes are the problem.

The described process is working, but I am not always present for prints, so I can already see myself missing a manual color swap or inserting the wrong color. To alleviate this, I used the pause at layer feature on some prints.
It works well for prints where only 4 colors will be printed on one layer, but if there are more, you will again have the issue of missing a color swap.
As far as I know there is no way to insert pauses within a layer in bambu studio. Yesterday evening I had a few hours and a model that I could try this on, so I started writing a script that will automatically insert the pauses in the right spots.
It was surprisingly easy to do, most of the time went into writing the readme.
