Maybe have random inside infill, or positioned xy inside infill, but inside infill.
Any outward seam on the outer wall would be because of two nearby lines versus the possible extrusion issues of end/new layer starting position? If that makes sense.
Unless I’m not seeing how to set this? Or this isn’t possible and I need more sleep
