I’ve been encountering this problem on a few prints lately, always on the seams of holes. The one in the photo is the latest print where I had this issue. It’s TPU (for which I’ve done all the calibrations), but I encountered the same problem yesterday on a PETG CF print as well. In this case, one seam is perfect (blue), while the other looks over-extruded (red). According to the slicer, the two seams are identical. The point where the error (red) occurs corresponds to the point where a new layer starts printing.
