I have three P1Ses (actually 1 P1S and 2 P1P with kits).
Two of them were able to make the part that I need regularly and in decent quality. One was never able to make this part in a good quality.
As time goes on and things are wearing, the quality is getting worst, but I can’t figure out how to fix it. I’ve change nozzles a half dozen times. I’ve tried cleaning and lubricating. I’ve done mountains of calibrations. I’ve tighten belts. I’ve used both the Bambu slider and Orca. Nothing has improved, sometimes my fixes make things worst, and as time goes on, everything is getting worst.
I’m using Bambu Lab PETG-CF. I’m running at 4mm/s max volumetric speed and I’ve tried various temps.
Where do I go from here? If someone can get all three of my printers working properly, I’ll pay for your time and solution.
