Any ideas what is going on here and needs (re-) adjustment?
Wall thickness is 0.8mm, i.e. two lines.
Printed the same model last week before upgrading Firmware and Bambu Studio and it came out fine, same roll filament (Prusament PLA), same (default) settings.
Problem can be reproduced, a second print came out with exactly the same issues!
Did you run a full calibration (23min) again after you upgraded the software and the firmware? Because the values on your old file will be wrong now after the firmware update.
Yes, did a full calibration and also power cycled the printer.
I investigated a bit further and reprinted several times.
This print has just two lines - inner and outer loop.
When the loop is closed the head moves a bit further (“wipes”), which apparently separates the inner from the outer loop in exactly that section of the seam.
Same happens on the inside (Slicer puts seam locations to different spots on the inside loop and the outside).
The other uneven spots also seem to be a separation (albeit thinner) between the inner and outer loop.
