Selecting coor for the color blinds

I don’t see red/green, so this gives me some extra difficulties with bambu studio.
When i use Bambu filament, all is taking care of, the ams detects the type and color, and i can work with the numbers in Bambu studio.
But, when i load a roll without RF tag, i am on my own… helpless.
Yes, on the box and roll the color is indicated, but i can can’t select the right color manualy in the device > ams section, all these rounds are colored, but not named…
Anyone a solution for this? (this is a problem with “precolored” downloaded models)

While I can’t imagine what that must be like, I’ve had several friends over the years that are color blind. But that always brings up the question, why chose colors one can’t distinguish? This is a serious question. I once had a school teacher who was color blind to the colors red and green but he purchased a brand new red car and specifically ordered red. It was a real puzzler to all of us. We never had the guts to ask him why.

Funny, i drive a red car, and always choose very vivid colors. In fact, color blind is a term used for a group of people, not having 100% eyesight in terms of colors. But there are almost no 100% real color blind people. I see red and green, but to a very lesser degree than normal people. Just to explain how wide the problem is, it is for me inpossible to see the difference between blue and purple (because the part red in purple i don’t capture) But my car is Kings red from VW, that is a for me a very nice pleasing color.
And the reason i print in colors in of course to please other people

I am also red\green color blind. I’m always confusing shades orange and green, blue and purple and pretty much any pastel color. It would be really nice if the UI in Bambu studio would show the name of the color if you mouseover the legend shown in the program,

I am quite colorblind and would love to have the color word as a tool tip when selecting colors in the device tab/page filament configuration.
