Server Exception

I left a print to finish overnight, and came back to this warning:

My network is operating just fine, and the Bambu status page shows all green. Is anyone else seeing this? Any thoughts on how to fix it?

Try quitting Bambu Studio, restarting your computer, and power cycling the printer. That usually fixes stuff like that for me.

Thanks, I’ll give all that a shot after the current print is done. The warning only seems to affect the ability to rate completed prints. :man_shrugging:

I have here 2 X1c printers and when i start BambuStudio and have the same problem.
if i check the box (don’tshow this dialog again.) it happens every time i start bambustudio.
tried many things: firewallsettings , uninstall en reinstal bambustudio , clean settup network , log out/in bambustudio.
Notthing helps , in my opinion its the bambustudio version because i had this only sinds the last updates.

Just to follow up on what happened on my end: the next day everything worked fine, my thought is they were doing server maintenance or something at the time.

I’m getting this on every first print I send to my P1S after opening a new instance of Bambu Studio. Don’t get it on subsequent prints as long as I don’t close Studio whether I check the dialog box or not. Doesn’t affect any functionality as far as I can tell.

Same here.
The annoyng part is the the freaking checkbox does exactly nothing.
Me thinks it is some sort of tracking domain blocked by my pihole.

hallo Bambu how many weeks must we wait that the server error will be fixed ??
