Servo heats up and wrecked up

Hi there,

finally I had time to print and build my fiest CyberBrick and I choosed the fork lifter.

Everything works as expected, except the servo. When pushing the shoulder it goues up a bit and in the other direction down again.

I resynced the settings but nothing changed.

From time to time if all is powered on but I do nothing the server did a small nois. Then out of the sudden it starts running and stops. It was brutal hot and now its wrecked up. I can’t move it when all is turned off.

Before I change the servo and wreck up the next, what can be the issue, or did I just had bad luck and the server was defect?

If your servo was moving back to center, when you release the slider, then either you installed wrong servo (there are two types included in the kit - one centering and one non-centering multi-turn), the servo is defective or the slider on your remote is not working correctly.

two different? Did not realized this… will check ASAP.

Yea, that was the Issue. Thanks a lot. Will change the servo. The Names are way too smililar.
