Hello guys, I would like to have two objects printed one after the other. I selected according to the object under “Other” and then “Print order”. However, I didn’t find an option to change the defined pressure order of the objects? (Instead of object A, I would like to have the first object B printed) Is there a hidden option somewhere? Both in the Bambu Slicer and in the Orca Slicer?
In Prusa Slicer you can change the order in the object list. I am not sure if that works in BS.
It might be using the order that you add them to the plate. If that is the case you should be able to add a new plate and them move the objects in the order you want them to print.
Right click on one of the objects and go down to “Edit Process Setting”. This should bring up a list on the left hand side of the screen where you can drag to reorder. Hope that helps!
In the left menu under your Filaments, click on Objects (instead of Global).
You’ll see all your objects listed and that is the order they will print. Just left click hold on one & drag it up to the spot you want. Note: Currently, you can’t move multiple objects in one go, you have to move one object at a time. By default they print in the order they are imported in (and alphabetically if selecting more than one file to import in.)
I’m looking for another way to use “by object” I might have to put it in feature requests, but I can’t figure out how.
I want to be able to print “by object” rather than “by layer” for multicolor prints, but ALSO have the printer flush into other objects before the primary object is done.
This would allow me to print a multicolor object without having to have a second item that is the same height. Also, it would not waste filament printing the other objects that I don’t care about. This would help eliminate so much waste.
