Setting pause in Bambu studio

TLDR: If i put a pause in at layer 107 does it pause when layer 106 is finished, before 107 starts, or after 107 is finished and 108 starts?

Im sure this is covered somewhere but most posts ive seen are about how to do it.

I just need some clairification, I know how to add a pause in BS, (right click on right hand slider select add pause) my question is, does the pause happen AT that layer ie before that layer is printed, or AFTER that later ie after that layer is done but before the next is started.

Basically I need to add a plexi glass panel. I had to made a negative space to allow the larger diameter panel to fit into the surface im putting it in. The last layer of 100mm diameter is layer 97 then layer 98 is 103mm diameter then layer 108 is back 100mm. Obviously I would like to add the panel when the cavity is done printing, but before the next layer closing the cavity starts. So do I put the pause at 106, 107, or 108 depending on when the pause actually happens?

EDIT: you guys may be interested to know, I successfully confused myself trying to figure this out so it may not make sense at all. Also I added the 3mf

RIng.3mf (761.3 KB)

It pauses at the start of layer 107.
