Setting to prevent nozzle from dragging on top surfaces

I can’t seem to figure out how to get this one nozzle move to raise up.

I changed the Z-hop to like 2mm but it doesn’t seem to effect this line:

ok, looks like this setting needed to be disabled and now its rising up
