2012 model! He is not the same author, because he designs something completely different. Would this be a concours model? It’s not even a remix, it hasn’t even been edited or redesigned. So contests are for the best copy?

Fine, so a lightcycle was made, but to call it shameless copies is a bit disingenuous. It’s based off of the lightcycle from the movie, so obviously they’re gonna look the same. They are different models though and I can spot the little differences in how they approached that same concept/design. I don’t think Henlor did anything other then recreate a famous movie prop/imagine/vehicle, and it’s something that plenty of people have done for plenty of famous bits of movies/scifi/fantesy/whatever people are into.
Just in general, what do you expect from a contest that harkens back to the 80s?! We’re gonna get tons of stuff that reflects the 80s, what was popular than, and all that.
If you take a second to look at the construction of the STLs, it’s clear the models are completely different. And even visually, they have really different proportions and positioning, especially in the front wheel and fairing on the side. All light cycles will always look like this. Doesn’t mean they are a stolen model.
As I have already reply to your comment on MW, It’s my own design. Reversed engineered from screenshot of the movie TRON, so of course every 3d printable Light Cycles you will find on various partforms will look similar. That’s the goal we all seek, to get the most accurate representation of this iconic vehicle we love!

And no dear, defining it with an excuse, the copy of the film is just an excuse, there are dozens of models like this, does taking an stl and breaking it down give you the right to originality? Here even tenths of a millimeter are precise, if you know how to model it is easy to deduce. Yes, every competition has to be done like this because it is becoming a joke! We can call it the competition of those who copy and remix best. Competitions are made specifically for originality, what’s original here?
