Got my printer (undamaged )
I was just unlucky because of the Chinese new year and probably also that it coincided with the A1 recall. most probably too many tickets for how many people were on vacation⌠really donât envy their support team in these times.
all in all, it got resolved within 20 days ( from when I received the damaged printer until I received the replacement)
Have been printing to a lot to check as much as possible that itâs ok, so far can say that I am 100% satisfied with their support and product
Moral of the story, just have some patience.
I ordered my X1C it arrived today through UPS, it arrived damaged on one of the panels
I am unsure whether itâs actually shipping or manufacturing defect as nothing else is dinged up and the box doesnât seem damaged, I cant seem to attach images showing the defect, can anyone share what the process is for getting it replaced, and whether I can just get the side panel replaced as in the image thanks.

Well, mine came broken as well, it´s been days of back and forth but the problem is the hinges are full of broken glass that I can´t remove so I can´t replace it with the new one that they sent me, explained this several times but they keep sending generic responses not addressing the real issue, very unhappy with their customer service, seriusly thinking about a full refund and buy another brand.
