I ordered on the 23rd of January, and tracking info says UPS still hasn’t received the package. My support tickets go unanswered, I’ve only gotten the copy/paste responses about heatbed cable issue. How do I get actual support for my purchase? Is there a phone number to call? Is a chargeback my only recourse? I don’t want to do that, I want the printer, but I am at a loss here and out 750 dollars. Would appreciate any insight anyone can offer. Thank you.
