Hello everyone, I recently ordered my first Bambu Labs printer, a P1S. However, the wrong address was put into the shipping address and the printer has already been shipped. I have submitted a ticket to the support people but haven’t heard back from anyone. I know it’s only been a few days, but the printer is on its way, and I can’t get UPS to change the shipping address. Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do or get this resolved in time? I am really looking forward to receiving this printer and was hoping to get it in time to have some time to get familiar with it over my Christmas break from work.
If the printer has shipped already… sounds like you’re going on a road trip to where it shipped to?
It is getting shipped to an old address not far from me and I don’t mind going to pick it up from that address, but it hasn’t been delivered yet and am looking for a way to have the address change so when the carrier in my area gets it they can deliver it to the right address. Sounds like I might just have to have the UPS Station put it on hold and pick it up there.

FedEx delivered my 3d printer in the wrong location and due to that I have never received it. I am trying to go through Bambu support to see if they will file a claim with FedEx but their responses are unclear. UPS delivered the second half of the package just fine (some extra filament) but I don’t know what to do? Should I just wait and keep following up with Bambu lab support or do something with my credit card company? The package got misdelivered last Thursday.
