My Scheduled Delivery was supposed to be today. Now it is next Wednesday. Very frustrating after spending $1600 for the X1CC, waiting 2 weeks to ship, then having incorrect ETAs

I am very pleased ordered x1 Carbon on March 8 payment wasnât accepted till March 11
And received item March 31.
Hopefully they will get better as the orders slow down.
I havenât opened it yet so not sure about all of that

You had a wait a month after you spend the full amount?
For me, I only had to wait on the deposit, once the full payment was due, it arrived within a few days.

FYI, I had to sign up and login to the UPS My Choice program to actually see the tracking details for my order. When I used the tracking link provided in the shipping email I could only see that it was picked up.
There is a note in the history about a railroad delay. Iâm assuming that is affecting quite a few people that had printers ship this week.

So youâre able to confirm that even though the tracking provided by Bambu Lab still showed it sitting in CA with no movement it was actually showing movement and being updated in your MyChoice account?
Same for you a couple months ago?
Seems like UPS is not doing legit entry scans after they pick up or something. Quite a few people in this thread have called UPS after having their tracking show no movement for a week, only to be told by a UPS customer service rep that they have no idea where the package is and itâs possibly lost, only to have it arrive a day or two later.

And I thought UPS is considered a premium package delivery service? At least here in Europe it is, and their prices match that expectation easily.

It used to be years ago when UPS had a very strong union and paid its drivers and warehouse workers very well. But they became a public company 20 years ago, and itâs been downhill since. Apparently the warehouse guys are treated very poorly now, paid very little and have no benefits. Safety measures have gone out the window. Looks they are voting on a new union contract gearing up for a strike soon.
FedEx Ground is very bad in my region, as they are not actually owned by FedEx. itâs just licensed third party drivers, similar to Amazon delivery drivers, who are both treated and paid very poorly.
But that being said the US is very large geographically, so some regions are managed better than others, and usually different parts of the country will say X service is the worst, while others will say Y is the worst.

Correct. Once I went through the signup process I could see every step from commerce to Los Angeles to being in transit to my local hub.
To me it sounds like UPS either has very glitchy systems or theyâre restricting data to try and get people to create My Choice accounts.
Honestly, our regular federal postal service is more reliable than both UPS and FedEx now. FedEx will often get my delivery dates wrong by 1-2 days and I even had a driver mark my deliveries as âcustomer not homeâ multiple days in a row even though I work from home. On the 3rd day his dispatcher made him turn around and come back after I called.

They have the x1c without ams in stock. Would it be faster to just cancel my order. Order that and order the ams separately?

AMS wonât ship until end of April. Will also cost you $100 more to purchase them separately.

If both AMS and printer are in stock, it would likely be faster. But do not forget that it will also be considerably more expensive as you wonât get the price reduction of the combo and have to pay shipping twice.

I ordered on 18th March the X1 CC and got update today that it is going to be delivered on April 7th. Lets hope shipping is not compromised and is handled with care. UPS driver are somewhat worse than fedup company drivers. lol.

so i ordered a combo and a bunch of accessories back on the 16th. do they typically not ship the accessories by now? i got the tracking update on the combo and still nothing on the extras.
I ordered the X1CC on 3/19 and the label just got created today. No ETA yet. I ordered a 2nd AMS and a hub on 3/22 and the hub already arrived but theres no label yet on the AMS. I ordered accessories on 3/29 and theyâve already shipped it. Expected arrival date 4/4. I live in the middle of the US.
