I’ve been trying to order filament from the shop and to be honest it is slow/buggy as hell. Pressing the “add to cart” button 9 time out of 10 doesn’t do anything and sometimes it add multiple products. It does this with multiple browsers.

Also I ordered the Blue Matte filament (i retried this yesterday) and instead of adding the blue one to my order it adds the orange filament. This is a bug in the shop because it happens everytime.

Please fix this.

Which shop are you doing this in? (Like, US, EU, etc…)

I haven’t experienced any issues like this personally. Obviously doesn’t mean it isn’t a problem, but not one I’ve experienced.

It was in the EU store. reverified it yesterday. Tried again today and the blue now adds blue and the add to cart button is faster but not totally responsive.
Took me 3 days ago more than an hour to order 6 different filaments
