It’s something I’ve never really thought to bring up before, but when you buy a printer based on the volume size, you expect to be able to use that full volume, right?
Many prints need to be placed face down on the bed for the purposes of avoiding supports, or just because you want that smooth finish the first later provides. The issues is, if you use the max area of your print bed then it will often imprint the Bambu Lab text directly onto your print, hence ruining the final product.
No, you shouldn’t. Use build plates without transferable ink or silkscreen.
Which one’s do you use? Most my BL ones have the text, it’s a joke, especially considering the tab at the front should be enough space to for any text needed to identify the plate
It’s a challenge to find them. Mostly I use plates I find on aliexpress that I select for no logo. Even frostbites now sometimes ship with a logo on the print surface, I don’t know who thought this would be a good idea but I wish they’d please stop it.

Can you be more specific as to which plates have text that’s transferring to your prints, and show us an example of the transfer?
Keeps happening with my Smooth PEI plate. Will take a nice picture for you next time it happens. In fact, I’ll do a print just for you
